Facility Service Company has an immediate opening for a dynamic, Part-time multi-site 2nd Shift Supervisor's to lead our teams in the Amsterdam, NY area. As a growing business, we are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge leaders who excels at managing people, overseeing projects, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Days:

Mon - Friday (No Weekends)

PT Shift:

31/2 hours (Evenings) Flexible weekly pay $$ $25.00/hr. The ideal candidates are a team-focused professional with a strong customer-service mindset. In this role, you will bridge the gap between operations and people—ensuring our formal goals and policies are met while fostering a supportive, highly engaged environment for our staff. Essential Job Functions:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards Records personnel data per specified systems & forms Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing Confers with staff to resolve production and personnel problems Trains workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment. Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
