Conduct custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners with precision and care to achieve optimal results. Follow safety procedures diligently during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries. Provide excellent customer service by addressing facility-related questions or concerns from staff or visitors promptly and professionally. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with knowledge of commercial or residential cleaning procedures. Skilled in handling chemical agents safely while adhering to all chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment including floor buffers, vacuums, and sanitation tools effectively. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and facility maintenance practices.
