Conduct routine sanitation tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to maintain hygiene standards. Operate custodial equipment efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices during heavy lifting tasks and manual handling activities. Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs or notifying maintenance teams of larger issues requiring attention. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to facility needs and assisting staff or visitors with custodial requests when necessary. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning procedures. Skilled in operating cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation best practices. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper manual handling techniques. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards across all areas. Strong communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff or visitors.
