Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining pristine, safe, and welcoming environments across various commercial facilities. This energetic position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional cleaning services that enhance the professionalism and hygiene standards of our clients' spaces. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will bring your expertise in janitorial tasks, floor care, and sanitation to ensure every area meets high-quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Your dedication will directly contribute to creating clean, healthy workplaces that leave a lasting positive impression. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across commercial spaces, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Clean restrooms, kitchens/breakrooms, and common areas Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces Follow the agreed cleaning schedule and scope of work Handle chemical agents safely by following proper handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment. Manage custodial responsibilities such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitation of surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Follow safety guidelines diligently during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations. What we are looking for
- Must be willing to operate as an independent subcontractor. (Must have, or willing to obtain an LLC + General Liability Insurance)
- Must carry general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage upon request.
- Must have commercial cleaning experience.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned accounts.
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Must be able to consistently meet agreed-upon cleaning schedules and service requirements.
- Must be able to communicate professionally with Sterling Commercial Cleaning LLC regarding scheduling, account needs, and any issues that arise.
- Subcontractors are responsible for providing and maintaining their own required business insurance, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
