Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and presentable for employees, visitors, and clients alike. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning and custodial tasks. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle industrial cleaning tasks including trash removal, window washing, and deep cleaning of high-touch surfaces Maintain cleanliness of kitchenettes and break rooms by sanitizing counters, sinks, appliances, and tables Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance and minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Support with residential painting or light maintenance tasks to enhance overall facility appearance when required Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners effectively Experience with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or painting is a plus Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual cleaning tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating pristine environments that foster productivity and comfort!
