About the Role As a Commercial Custodial Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining pristine environments for our clients by delivering top-tier sanitation and facility maintenance. You will utilize industrial cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols to ensure every space meets our high standards of excellence and hygiene. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive commercial cleaning tasks to ensure facilities remain sanitary and welcoming. Operate specialized industrial cleaning machinery and equipment with precision and care. Maintain consistent quality standards by paying close attention to detail in every assigned area. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets and facility maintenance goals. Adhere strictly to EHS management and workplace safety guidelines to protect yourself and others. Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and representing the service team. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to attendance. Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member. Strong work ethic with a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Preferred Skills Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments. Familiarity with professional-grade sanitation chemicals and supplies. Proven track record of following complex safety and operational procedures.
