Responsibilities and Duties 1. Ensures that the assigned building(s) are cleaned according to regulations and pandemic cleaning standards. 2. Documents cleaning activities to satisfy regulatory requirements. 3. Independently performs all janitorial duties for assigned building(s). 4. Must be able to operate any power equipment and ensure that all equipment is maintained in good operational order. 5. Assesses need and orders cleaning supplies and equipment so that an adequate inventory is on hand at the assigned building(s). 6. Restock paper supplies and products throughout the building as needed. 7. Maintains all required SDS and safety related information on site and that cleaning supplies are labeled properly.

Other Duties:

8. Performs floor care at assigned buildings. 9. Keeps sidewalks clear of snow or other debris. 10. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous janitorial experience preferred. Extraordinary Work Conditions May be required to travel between facilities or be reassigned to another facility for coverage.
