Job Description

Position:
Environmental Services Aide (Contract to Perm)
Location:
NY 14456
(Finger Lakes Surgery Center)
Pay:
$600•650/week
Contract Duration:
ASAP Schedule:
Full-Time (40 hours/week) Monday•Friday 7:00 AM•3:30 PM No weekends, no holidays Position Summary & Responsibilities Clean and maintain patient, staff, and visitor areas in surgical center Sanitize beds, restrooms, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Operate cleaning equipment (auto scrubber, vacuum, burnisher, etc.) safely Follow infection control, PPE, and safety protocols at all times Properly handle and dispose of trash, linen, and waste Restock supplies and maintain clean, sanitary environment Respond to emergency pages and follow facility procedures Use proper body mechanics and chemical handling practices Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required) No license or certification required Previous hospital housekeeping experience preferred Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols #Workwolf
