Janitor

Duties:

Keep church building clean and well-maintained, following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Track inventory of janitorial supplies. Report any repairs needed. Supervise the Assistant Janitor, as needed. Perform other duties as required.

Typical Schedule:

Monday -

Friday Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to operate floor care equipment, such as buffers and carpet cleaners. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to maintain a weekly schedule of janitorial tasks and complete them as scheduled. Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
