Residential Cleaning Team Member (Solo)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Team Member to join our team. This position involves working independently to provide high-quality cleaning services in our clients' homes. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trustworthy, and committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to company standards. Work independently to complete cleaning assignments on time and with a high level of quality. Follow safety procedures and use non-toxic cleaning products to protect clients, pets, and property. Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with clients while in their homes. Report any safety issues, damages, or maintenance needs observed during service. Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

Qualifications:

Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training provided). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 25 lbs). Trustworthy and respectful when working in clients' homes.
