Job Description
Strike Force Maintenance Corp is leading commercial cleaning company. Our customers include commercial office buildings, day care centers, schools, nursing homes, medical facilities and fitness centers. We are currently looking for dependable, detail oriented cleaners. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs. Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Address any specific cleaning requests from management or staff promptly. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating with other staff members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is an advantage.
