A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
I have an opening Tuesday-Friday early evening 5 hour shift and a 7 hour shift Sundays for 27 hours and have more if interested. The 5 hours at night can start as early as 4 pm.
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and turnover apartments. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc) Clean kitchens including ovens, refrigerators cabinets inside and out Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity High school degree
