The Cleaning/Porter will play a vital role in ensuring our members enjoy a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is proactive, and understands the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in a luxury fitness setting. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including locker rooms, restrooms, studios, fitness floors, and common areas. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting equipment and surfaces. Monitor and restock supplies such as paper products and sanitizers. Remove trash and recycling in a timely and sanitary manner. Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to management. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring member spaces are clean, safe, and organized. Assist with light porter duties, including moving equipment or supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous cleaning, janitorial, or porter experience preferred (fitness, hospitality, or luxury environment a plus). Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and instructions. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
