In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial or residential facilities. Your energetic approach to cleaning and maintenance will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and visually appealing. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience to contribute to a positive environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleaning of machinery or specialized areas when needed Assist with residential painting projects or minor maintenance tasks to support overall facility upkeep Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained for safety and efficiency Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or hazards promptly Experience Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors Experience with industrial cleaning methods and specialized cleaning equipment is preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment We welcome energetic individuals eager to contribute their skills in cleaning, maintenance, and facility support.
