A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Job Description Arlington Central School District is currently recruiting for a full-time 2nd Shift Custodial Worker (3pm-10:30pm). Typical work includes simple cleaning tasks under the general supervision of District Custodians. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: Dusting
Washing walls, windows, woodwork, bathrooms
Sweep, mop, wash floors
Strip and wax floors
Maintain building exteriors
Gather and dispose of refuse
Clean and polish furniture
Assist in minor repairs
