Six Mile Exterior Cleaning Solutions is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specializing in residential and commercial services including window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and post-construction cleanup. We take pride in delivering high-quality results and maintaining a professional image on every job site.Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role working on a variety of properties including homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings. No prior experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior cleaning services including:
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and roofs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
