To be considered for this position, candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a construction-site environment. Previous commercial, industrial, or construction cleaning experience is preferred but not required . The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning newly completed buildings and spaces throughout a large construction project, preparing them for final use and occupancy.

Monday-Friday 6am-until finished

$18/hr Responsibilities of the

Commercial Cleaner:

Perform detailed cleaning of newly constructed and completed buildings Remove dust, dirt, debris, and construction residue from floors, walls, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and sanitize completed areas Clean restrooms, common areas, offices, and other finished spaces Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools as needed Safely handle and use commercial cleaning chemicals and supplies Move cleaning equipment and supplies throughout the construction site Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Complete final/detail cleaning to ensure buildings are ready for turnover and occupancy Requirements of the

Commercial Cleaner:

Previous commercial, industrial, janitorial, or post-construction cleaning experience highly preferred, but not required Comfortable working on a large construction site Willingness and ability to learn proper cleaning techniques and equipment Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow all construction-site and workplace safety requirements #IND123
