•40 Hours per Week Company Vehicle Provided During Shift OneService Commercial Building Maintenance is seeking a dependable Mobile Janitorial Field Supervisor to help maintain service quality across multiple commercial cleaning accounts. This position is designed for someone who knows commercial cleaning and is ready to take on greater responsibility in the field. Previous supervisor experience is welcome but is not required. An experienced cleaner, porter, lead cleaner, or other janitorial professional with leadership ability and strong attention to detail may be an excellent fit. This is a mobile position rather than an assignment to one building. The supervisor will report to Long Island City , where the company vehicle is located, and travel to assigned customer accounts throughout the workday. What You'll Be Responsible For Travel between assigned commercial cleaning accounts using a company vehicle. Inspect buildings and verify that cleaning work meets company and customer expectations. Work with cleaners and porters to correct service or quality issues. Provide employees with instruction, guidance, and on-the-job training when needed. Check cleaning supplies and deliver supplies or equipment to customer locations. Assist management with call-outs, coverage issues, and changing operational needs. Respond to service concerns and help resolve problems in the field. Perform cleaning or minor hands-on work when necessary to address an immediate need. Document inspections, deficiencies, and items requiring follow-up. Maintain professional communication with employees, customers, and management. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands commercial cleaning and can recognize the difference between work that is simply completed and work that is completed correctly .

Qualified candidates should have:

Commercial cleaning, janitorial, porter, custodial, or related building-services experience. A valid New York State driver's license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify cleaning deficiencies. The confidence and communication skills to provide employees with direction and feedback. Ability to work independently while managing multiple stops and priorities. Dependability and good judgment when dealing with unexpected situations. Ability to communicate effectively in English with management, customers, and employees. Willingness and ability to drive throughout assigned NYC-area territories. Experience as a lead cleaner, working foreman, cleaning supervisor, field inspector, or similar position is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Compensation $25.00 per hour Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 40 hours per week A company vehicle is provided during the workday for travel between assigned accounts. From there, the supervisor travels between assigned commercial cleaning locations and returns the vehicle as directed at the end of the shift.
