Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

The Porter plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with the property management and maintenance teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Previous experience as a Porter, Janitor, Custodian, Maintenance Assistant, or in a similar building-services role preferred. Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be comfortable working in an active building environment and responding to changing priorities.

2-3 years previous experience as a Porter, Janitor, Custodian, Maintenance Assistant, or in a similar building-services role preferred.
