This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outside, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to grow with a local exterior cleaning company. You will help clean residential windows, screens, tracks, and other exterior surfaces while providing professional service to homeowners.

Window Washing Soft Washing Pressure Washing Gutter Cleaning Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior windows Clean screens, tracks, and window sills Use ladders, squeegees, water-fed poles, and cleaning equipment Assist with soft washing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning when needed Keep equipment organized and properly maintained Communicate professionally with customers Show up on time and ready to work Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and hardworking Good attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable using ladders Attention to detail Able to work independently and with a team Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license preferred
Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Opportunity for raises, bonuses, and more hours based on performance.
Schedule:
Part-time or full-time hours available depending on workload and season. Some weekends may be available.
