Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaning Technician and bring clarity and brilliance to commercial and residential buildings! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining spotless, streak-free windows that enhance the overall appearance of our clients' properties. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as ladders and extension poles safely to reach high or difficult areas Use cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, grime, streaks, and other residues for a crystal-clear finish Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of machinery Assist with janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall building maintenance Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and equipment operation, including scissor lifts, is a plus Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or lifts, with comfort operating machinery such as scissor lifts Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their cleaning expertise in a fast-paced environment.
