Job Description
Looking for a full-time Porter/Handyman to work in a multi-family building in Mount Vernon. Monday through Friday. Strong painting knowledge Assist Super with maintenance tasks Plastering Run the garbage compactor Take out trash and recycling from designated areas for collections Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the building's exterior and interior English is a plus We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly Available to start immediately
