Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for all staff and visitors. Your efforts will help maintain a professional environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and integrity. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all office areas Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, and common spaces Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products to ensure continuous availability Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards Assist with light maintenance tasks, including minor repairs or touch-ups when required Skills Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred, but not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus Join us in creating a clean, safe, and professional environment where everyone can thrive!
