Natural Cleaning Experts is expanding our team in New York and is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to help lead our cleaning team, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards Train and onboard new cleaners Monitor and maintain cleaning quality standards Conduct post-cleaning inspections Support and guide the cleaning team Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations Work closely with the Operations Manager and provide reports on team performance
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience is required Strong leadership and organizational skills Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Willingness to perform residential cleaning while leading by example Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license SSN and eligibility to work as a 1099 independent contractor Russian language proficiency is required If you're looking to join a company where employees are heard, supported, and appreciated, we'd love to hear from you!
