Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Night Utility team member to support cleaning and floor care across all floors during the night shift. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment through routine cleaning, project work, and support tasks as assigned by Management.- Perform carpet cleaning and hard floor cleaning throughout assigned areas
- Complete house tickets and periodic project work as assigned
- Escort vendors when needed and support building operations
- Safely operate heavy machinery and commercial cleaning equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs
Qualifications:
Previous experience with stripping, waxing, shampooing, and extracting floors is required.Reporting & Skills:
This position reports directly to the Night Supervisor. Strong communication skills are required, along with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and read floor designs. #INDPosition Overview:
