Job Description:

National 1 Professional Cleaning Inc. is currently looking to fill a permanent, part-time evenings commercial cleaning position in the Oneida, N.Y. area. This position offers steady work of approximately 15 hours per week Monday - Saturday. With the appropriate training, facility must be kept clean and orderly according to contracted job scope. The candidate must possess a sense of pride in their work while paying close attention to details.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of all public areas Service, clean and disinfect restrooms as well as replenish restroom supplies Dust horizontal surfaces, furniture, fixtures, woodwork, machines and equipment Dust / clean walls, wall hangings, ceilings and vent covers as directed Requisition supplies and equipment needed for performing nightly cleaning duties Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors (this may be performed by separate individual) Vacuum carpets Collect all trash, replacing liners as needed and transport to collection point outside Maintain all assigned cleaning equipment for cleanliness and report the need for repairs when needed Maintain equipment closet/area in clean and orderly condition Willingly perform any other cleaning tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor Always keep building securely locked while in building Assure that building has been securely locked at end of your work shift

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be knowledgeable in professional cleaning techniques Must work effectively and efficiently Must possess a high work ethic Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must possess a valid NYS driver's license Must have your own reliable transportation Must be eligible to work within the United States Must be able to read, write and speak English Must be able to work independently under direction of supervisor Must be able to bend, pull and lift 30 pounds on a regular basis Must be dependable, honest and trustworthy - these are qualities we expect Must be able to pass background check and drug testing If you CAN perform ALL the responsibilities and duties above and you meet ALL the qualifications above, please contact me through this indeed email or on my cell at 315-527-1704.
