• 8:00pm Your day-today as a Custodian will entail: Performing detailed cleaning of offices, laundry room, common spaces, housing, etc.

Removing trash from outdoor receptacles and common areas. Maintaining inventory of cleaning products and equipment.

Work Experience To be successful as a Custodian, you'll need: A high School Diploma or Equivalency. Good time management skills A valid NYS driver's license. The ability to respond to emergency calls within a reasonable period of time. The ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
