Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living areas Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure they look their best Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing their specific cleaning needs Manage janitorial tasks such as restocking supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained Assist with housekeeper management duties when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning routines Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards and floor care methods Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently and accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with janitorial equipment, carpet cleaning tools, and housekeeper management practices Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the shift Join us if you're passionate about creating pristine homes and enjoy working in a lively environment where your efforts truly shine!
