Part-Time Property Maintenance Hours:

Saturday & Sunday evenings 6:00pm-10:00pm. Other hours may be avilable. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Maintenance to join our shopping center maintenance staff on a part-time basis. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the shopping center's common areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our tenants and visitors. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Clean and restock public restrooms throughout each shift. Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, including entrances and sidewalks Vacuum, dust mop, sweep, and mop floors as needed. Clean interior and exterior windows and glass doors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Dust fixtures, furniture, railings, and other common area surfaces. Monitor restrooms and common areas throughout the shift to ensure they remain clean and well-stocked. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs needed to the Maintenance Supervisor or Plaza Manager. Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States. This part-time weekday or weekend evening position is ideal for someone looking for consistent hours while helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping center for our community.
