PROFESIONAL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CLEANERS

We are looking for contracted employees. This will provide the luxury of having the ability to pick and choose your own schedule with nothing to tie you down. You can utilize this position as a full time job (will still be classified as a 10-99 contracted employee) or on the side to earn extra income. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to high standards using appropriate cleaning products and techniques Show up on time Deliever on promises Maintain equipment and supplies inventory to ensure all tools are available for jobs (We will not provide equipment, supplies or transportation) Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaing high standards of cleanliness. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor when communicating with clients (Positive Attitude) Reliable work ethic with attention to detail and time management skills
