We take pride in our work and want someone who shows up ready to help, communicates well, and treats our clients' homes with care. This position is primarily residential cleaning. You will begin by training directly with the owner, then work alongside another team member. As your skills and confidence grow, you may have opportunities to clean independently. Schedule and pay Part-time. Typical cleaning start times are between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., with work generally finishing around 2:30-3:00 p.m. Finish times may vary by the day's jobs. Paid training starts at $17 per hour. Pay will be reviewed for an increase as you demonstrate consistent quality, efficiency, and readiness to become a solo cleaner. Future opportunities may include commercial cleaning, including overnight work. This opening is primarily for daytime residential cleaning. What the work involves This is hands-on, active work. You will clean bathrooms—including toilets—scrub showers and tubs, clean kitchens, dust, vacuum, mop, fold towels or linens as needed, and leave spaces neat and thoughtfully finished. You'll need to work at a steady, efficient pace while maintaining our cleaning standards.
