A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Custodial Agreement Job Description:

Strong leadership skills. Facility maintenance, experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and environmental controls. Good communication and Good Attendance is a must!

Qualifications:

1st Class Chief boilers license preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year.
