A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

). Use company owned vehicles to carry out exterior tasks Empty all trash receptacles at the location assigned to. All trash must be disposed of at the designated containers on property. Maintain company vehicle at all time Use of all exterior tools example Rakes, Back Pack Blowers, Monitors possible defects on vehicle or equipment. Collect building trash daily placing it in approved container and place in designated collection area for subsequent removal. Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specs. Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed. report any accidents immediately to the manager. Any and all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's License Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. Use a portable vacuum cleaner - back pack style. Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
