Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs in residential properties. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management. Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and other outdoor maintenance duties. Work collaboratively with the property management team to enhance resident satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
