A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We have great opportunities whether you're a seasoned automotive professional or want to start your career in the car business. The Porter plays a vital role in the ongoing functions of the Service Department. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. The essential duties of the position include: Checks over vehicle for the services that are required in the service drive Takes vehicles either into the shop, designated stall, or outside for future service Responsible for sweeping and general cleaning of the service drive, entrance, and exit areas Responsible for maintaining personal cleanliness when driving customer vehicles Answers to service management staff and technicians as needed Responsible for cleaning, gassing, and checking in rental units as needed Active delivery - valeting customer vehicles once work is complete while ensuring protective materials have been removed and vehicle is in same or better condition Based on the essential duties of the position, the Porter is required to have: Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment Strong work ethic and self-motivation Must communicate effectively with all company personnel Concern for the customer Valid driver's license with good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Benefits we offer include: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays 401(K)
