A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Loda Bros is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to test, clean, inspect, and organize Milwaukee and DeWalt tools before they are sold through our live auctions and online channels. This is a great position for someone who is mechanically inclined, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working with tools.
Responsibilities:
Test power tools, batteries, chargers, and accessories for basic functionality Clean tools and remove dirt, dust, stickers, and residue Inspect tools for damage, missing parts, defects, and safety concerns Organize tools by brand, type, condition, and sale order Prepare and stage tools for live shows Clearly report tools that are broken, incomplete, unsafe, or questionable Keep the work area clean and organized Safely lift and move boxes and tool inventory Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable standing and working with tools for extended periods Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently Basic knowledge of Milwaukee or DeWalt tools is helpful Prior warehouse, construction, automotive, hardware, or tool experience is a plus Must be willing to follow instructions and safety procedures No formal certification is required
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
