Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows on various building types, including high-rise structures using appropriate equipment such as scissor lifts or ladders Use professional cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results Prepare work areas by setting up safety barriers and securing equipment before starting each job Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with specialized equipment like scissor lifts Conduct routine inspections to ensure all windows are cleaned to company standards and client specifications Maintain cleanliness of work tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress, safety concerns, or special client requests Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety standards Experience with commercial cleaning projects is highly valued, especially in high-rise or large-scale environments Hands-on experience operating scissor lifts or other height-access equipment is a strong plus Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solutions, and proper handling techniques is essential Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering exceptional window cleaning services that brighten our clients' spaces!
