This role is essential to maintaining the high standards our members expect. You'll ensure all workout areas, locker rooms, and common spaces are spotless and well‑maintained, contributing directly to a positive gym experience. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, workout areas, studios, and common spaces Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and occasional buffing Maintain cleanliness of mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces throughout the club Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials Empty trash and ensure waste areas remain clean and organized Conduct regular walk‑throughs to identify cleaning needs or safety concerns Follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist with light maintenance tasks or minor touch‑ups as needed Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in fitness or commercial facilities Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe equipment operation Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast‑paced environment Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude Join Our Team Your work helps create a clean, comfortable, and motivating environment for every member who walks through our doors.
