Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces Handle custodial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and sanitizing high-touch areas Maintain equipment and supplies inventory; notify management when stock needs replenishing Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment Assist with light maintenance tasks or repairs as needed to support facility upkeep Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Familiarity with custodial and industrial cleaning practices Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and porter responsibilities This position offers an engaging work environment where your efforts directly contribute to the cleanliness and safety of busy commercial spaces.
