Automotive Porter (Luxury Brand Dealership)

Crestmont Cadillac, a premier Cadillac dealership, is seeking a dependable and motivated Automotive Porter to join our Service Department team. The Automotive Porter plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our service customers by supporting the service team in the movement, cleaning, and organization of vehicles on the lot and in the service drive. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist service customers in a courteous and professional manner. Move and park vehicles in designated areas on the lot or service drive. Transport vehicles to and from service bays, dealerships, or other locations as directed. Maintain cleanliness of service drive, customer lounge, and porter areas. Perform vehicle cleaning and detailing (wash, vacuum, interior wipe-downs). Clean upholstery, rugs and other surfaces. Apply tire shine, clean under hood. Assist in staging vehicles for customer pickup. Monitor and manage vehicle flow in the service lane and parking areas. Perform battery jump-starts or tire inflations as needed. Support Service Advisors and Technicians with general tasks to ensure efficient service operations. Follow dealership safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
