As a Cleaner, you'll play a key role in keeping our properties looking their best—inside and out. You'll be responsible for maintaining common areas, offices, and vacant apartments to create a fresh and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and employees.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting in preparing vacant apartments for new residents with deep cleaning. Helping maintain the property's curb appeal by picking up trash, sweeping, and performing light landscaping tasks. Creating a positive, comfortable, and clean atmosphere for everyone in the community. Be a valued part of a team that takes pride in maintaining beautiful living spaces.

What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. Previous experience working as a cleaner is desired. Ability to work independently and adapt in an efficient environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service. A valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and a reliable vehicle to use during the workday.
