Hours:

1st shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday -

Friday Pay:

$20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Keep common areas, restrooms, lunch rooms, and shop floors clean and free of dirt, dust, and debris Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility Assist with general building and equipment maintenance Perform basic repairs, painting, and preventative maintenance as assigned Help move equipment, materials, and furniture Maintain the grounds, assist with snow removal, and litter cleanup Operate cleaning equipment safely Use hand and power tools as needed Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in Custodial Maintenance Dependable and reliable Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience operating cleaning equipment Basic knowledge of building maintenance

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED preferred 2+ years in custodial or maintenance roles
