What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Employee Referral Bonus Employee Assistance Program Career Growth Opportunities Paid Training Supportive Team Environment Casual Work Atmosphere Opportunities for Advancement What You'll Do As a Medical Facility Cleaning Technician, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of a healthcare facility by: Cleaning and disinfecting patient and common areas Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Dusting and wiping surfaces Cleaning windows and glass Spot cleaning carpets Following healthcare cleaning standards and safety procedures Performing additional cleaning duties as assigned What We're Looking For Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and dependable work ethic Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Push, pull, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and reach overhead Climb stairs and ladders as needed Lift and carry up to 35 pounds Work in environments with dust, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels Grow Your Career with JSI We invest in our employees through individualized training, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement.
