Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Commercial Cleaner. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong custodial skills, experience with cleaning equipment and chemical agents, and a commitment to safety protocols. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, and other custodial tools to ensure high-quality floor care. Handle chemical agents safely in accordance with established safety procedures for sanitation and cleaning tasks. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas by disinfecting surfaces and replenishing supplies. Follow safety protocols during heavy lifting or manual handling activities to prevent injuries. Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations. Use appropriate custodial techniques to uphold sanitation standards across all assigned areas. Maintain inventory of supplies as needed. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning procedures involving chemicals and sanitation products. Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques. Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants.
