About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented In-House Cleaner to join our Facilities team. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing janitorial service requests and maintaining the cleanliness of our properties to Uptown's high standards. Schedule & Availability Full-time position Schedule may vary based on property needs and priorities What You'll Do Cleaning & Property Upkeep (40%) Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas and shared spaces Ensure properties consistently meet Uptown's standards Work Orders & Productivity (30%) Complete assigned janitorial service requests in a timely, professional manner Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity Equipment & Supplies (10%) Maintain cleaning vehicles, tools, and equipment Keep storage areas organized and stocked Additional Responsibilities (20%) Assist team members with work orders as needed Travel between properties to complete tasks Use internal systems to track work order status and time ✅ What You'll Need 2+ years of janitorial or cleaning experience Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Professional communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Pay & Perks Paid training Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation events A supportive, team-oriented work environment Ready to Join the Team?
