Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas in accordance with health and safety regulations Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure efficient service delivery Assist with custodial tasks related to industrial cleaning projects or specialized facility maintenance as needed Support minor maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs or reporting repairs required for facilities upkeep Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, vacuums, and other custodial tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving supplies throughout shifts Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and teamwork Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and well-being!
