Job Duties:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties
• Clean and maintain floors
• Rip out and remove carpet
• Clean carpets
• Perform janitorial work
• Use various power tools safely
• Assist with general utility and handyman tasks
• Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and dependable
• Must be ready and willing to come to work every day
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
