Full Job Description Professional Residential CleanerPay:

$18-$30 per hour (based on experience & performance) We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping others, and deliver excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Perform high-quality residential cleaning services including general cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleanings Manage your time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments Follow cleaning checklists and maintain consistent quality standards in every home Communicate professionally with clients and ensure a positive customer experience Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly Has reliable transportation for the job Has their own cleaning supplies 2+ years of experience as a professional residential cleaner We service the following locations: Cincinnati, Lebanon, Dayton, West Chester Kentucky (Florence, Covington)

What We're Looking For:

Strong reliability and punctuality — showing up on time is a must Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day Great attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality Prior residential cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Growth:

$18/hour for cleaners with less than 1 year of experience $20-$30/hour for cleaners with 2+ year experience or high performance Opportunities for higher pay based on quality of work, reliability, and customer satisfaction Tips and bonuses may be available
