Coles Cleaning Service LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Daytime Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. We are looking to fill this position immediately with someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high cleaning standards, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent cleaning services for our commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of commercial facilities, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain various floor surfaces. Clean and disinfect restrooms, countertops, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Dust furniture, equipment, windowsills, and other surfaces. Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials as needed. Follow established cleaning checklists and company procedures. Report maintenance concerns, damages, or supply shortages to management. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while on client properties. Complete assigned cleaning duties efficiently and within scheduled hours. Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting cleaning supplies. Must demonstrate professionalism and respect for client facilities.

Work Schedule Daytime Shift:
