• Commercial Cleaning Coles Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Field Supervisor / Floater to help support our commercial cleaning accounts in the Dayton area.

This is a hands-on position that combines quality inspections, employee support, and cleaning shift coverage. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants additional responsibility and flexibility without committing to a full-time management position. What You'll Do Perform routine quality inspections at commercial cleaning accounts Make sure cleaning standards and customer expectations are being met Document inspections and communicate any issues that need corrected Fill in for cleaning shifts when employees call off, take vacation, or when we have an open position Help train and support new cleaning employees Perform cleaning when covering an account, including restrooms, offices, common areas, trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other routine commercial cleaning duties Help deliver supplies or equipment to accounts when needed Communicate employee, customer, or facility issues to management Help ensure accounts are properly staffed and serviced Schedule Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week Most work will take place during evening hours, with hours varying based on inspections and coverage needs. This position requires someone with flexible evening availability who can occasionally pick up shifts on short notice. This is not a full-time position. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable providing direction and feedback to cleaning employees Willing to perform hands-on cleaning when coverage is needed Good communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to travel between customer locations in the Dayton-area market Previous commercial cleaning or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required Pay $18

• 22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
